Delete your NeoLao account

Public account and associated-data deletion request

No sign-in or password is required. We will send a six-digit verification code to the email address registered with your NeoLao account. The code expires after 10 minutes and permits at most five attempts.

What will be deleted

Confirming this request permanently deletes your NeoLao account and associated data, including profile information, conversations, Tao Te Ching progress and favorites, Zen Garden posts, breathing and Mind Flow data, feedback linked to the account, and stored purchase-entitlement records.

Limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records may be retained only when required by law. Deleting your NeoLao account does not cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription in the relevant store to prevent future renewal.

Delete inside the app

You can also delete your account in NeoLao by opening Account → Delete Account (“Hủy Đạo Tịch”) → Continue Deletion → Delete Forever.
